The political action committee is comprised of NFIB members

The NFIB Georgia PAC today announced its endorsement of Presiding Justice Sarah Hawkins Warren and Justice Charles J. Bethel for election to the state Supreme Court. The political action committee is comprised exclusively of NFIB members from across Georgia.

“Judicial elections are about the rule of law and the fair and impartial application of that law,” NFIB State Director Hunter Loggins said. “Our members believe Justices Warren and Bethel have demonstrated a commitment to those principles.”

In making its endorsements, the NFIB Georgia PAC considered the candidates’ experience, judicial records, and reputations for integrity and professionalism.

“Voters expect judges to decide cases based on the law and the facts,” Loggins said. “Our members support candidates who understand the proper role of the judiciary and the importance of maintaining public confidence in a fair and independent court system.”

Today’s endorsements put the considerable grassroots support of Georgia’s small businesses behind the campaigns. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for encouraging friends, family members, and colleagues to participate in elections.
