Oregon’s gas prices are already among the highest in the nation, and the state’s budget has doubled over the last decade. Fixing potholes, plowing snow, and keeping streets safe are essential state government responsibilities – and Oregonians shouldn’t have to pay more for what politicians should already be doing.
Politicians have no excuse for raising taxes and fees to pay for basic government services like transportation, but that isn’t stopping them from trying.
Oregonians must vote no on Measure 120 to stop the state from:
- Increasing our fuel tax to 46 cents per gallon.
- Increasing annual vehicle registration fees, reaching as high as $198 depending on the car.
- Doubling our vehicle title fees, reaching as high as $331 depending on the car.
- Doubling our employee payroll tax for two years.
Oregonians agree the tax increases in Measure 120 are bad for Oregon. In a signature campaign to stop the tax and fee hikes, nearly 250,000 signatures were collected in less than one month.
Oregonians don’t need to pay more taxes and fees for essential services like roads, bridges, and public safety that our state’s massive budget can already cover.
On May 19, 2026, reject senseless tax and fee increases. Vote NO on 120!
