Texas Small Businesses Endorse Rep. Tony Gonzales for Re-Election to Congress

January 26, 2026

AUSTIN, Texas (Jan. 26, 2026) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rep. Tony Gonzales for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Texas’ 23rd Congressional District.

“Rep. Gonzales is a staunch advocate for Main Street,” said Jeff Burdett, NFIB Texas State Director. “He maintains a 100% NFIB voting record on key small business issues and played a crucial role in making the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent. Texas small business owners can be confident that Rep. Gonzales will continue to be a strong voice for them in Washington.”

During his time in Congress, Rep. Gonzales has consistently voted for pro-small business policies,” said Louis Bertolotti, NFIB Acting Political Director. “Hhas taken the time to meet with small business owners to understand the issues that matter to them. We are proud to endorse Rep. Gonzales for re-election and we look forward to continuing to work with him.

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
