NFIB Virginia PAC Endorses Winsome Earle-Sears for Governor

October 15, 2025

She has been 'a strong, consistent voice for Main Street Virginia'

The NFIB Virginia PAC today endorsed Winsome Earle-Sears for governor. The political action committee is made up of small business owners from across Virginia who are members of the National Federation of Independent Business.

“During her time as lieutenant governor, Winsome Earle-Sears has been a strong, consistent voice for Main Street Virginia,” said Tim Goodrich, NFIB Vice President of State Government Relations. “As a business owner herself, she knows the challenges entrepreneurs face, from high costs and workforce shortages to keeping up with new regulations.”

NFIB members who responded to the PAC’s survey showed overwhelming support for Earle-Sears. She also completed NFIB’s candidate questionnaire with responses fully aligned with the organization’s small-business positions.

“Winsome Earle-Sears has a proven record of supporting policies that help small businesses,” Goodrich said. “She understands that small business drives Virginia’s economy, and she’ll continue to champion lower taxes, less red tape, and fair regulations. On behalf of our members, I’m proud to announce NFIB Virginia PAC’s endorsement of Winsome Earle-Sears for governor.”

Earle-Sears said, “Small businesses are the backbone of Virginia’s economy, and I’m honored to have the support of the NFIB Virginia PAC.

“During the Youngkin–Sears administration, more than 15,000 new small businesses were created across our commonwealth. That’s the result of cutting red tape, lowering taxes, and believing in the power of people who work hard and take risks,” she said. “As governor, I’ll keep building on that success so every Virginian has the chance to thrive.”

The endorsement comes during a critical election year for Virginia’s small business community. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and often encourage friends and family to do the same. NFIB Virginia PAC bases its endorsements on candidates’ records and positions on issues that affect small business owners.
