The endorsements are based on the candidates' records and positions on small business issues
The NFIB Virginia PAC has endorsed 18 candidates for seats in the House of Delegates. The political action committee is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.
“Small business is the cornerstone of Virginia’s economy,” NFIB State Director Julia Hammond said. “When we support candidates who support small business, we help maintain an environment where local businesses can succeed, create jobs, and strengthen their communities.”
Early voting is underway and ends Nov. 1. The deadline to register online and request a mail-in ballot is Oct. 24. In-person voter registration is available through Election Day, Nov. 4.
The NFIB Virginia PAC’s endorsement is important to these campaigns. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.
