NFIB will hold webinar on Wednesday, October 15th to go over what business owners need to know about Paid Family Medical Leave in Minnesota

Join us on Wednesday, October 15th at Noon CT for a virtual discussion about the upcoming 20-week Paid Family Medical Leave program that begins January 1st, 2026. NFIB MN State Director Jon Boesche, alongside NFIB member Martin Kappenman, employment and labor lawyer at Peters and Kappenman, will present on what small business owners need to know to be prepared for when the program begins.

NFIB Grassroots Manager Ben Abrahamson will discuss past and future advocacy efforts to reform this mandate.
