FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TRENTON, N.J. (Sept. 23, 2025) – NFIB New Jersey PAC, the state’s most influential and effective small business political action committee, today announced its endorsement of businessman and former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli for governor. The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) New Jersey PAC, whose members are New Jersey small business owners, overwhelmingly supported backing Ciattarelli based on his record and platform and will work hard to make the Voice of Small Business heard in this election.
“I am excited to once again extend NFIB’s endorsement to Jack Ciattarelli, a strong, pro-small-business candidate, who understands what it takes to start and grow a business, hire workers, and sign both sides of a paycheck,” said NFIB New Jersey State Director Eileen Kean. “As a state legislator in Trenton, Jack always had the back of Main Street and New Jersey’s small business owners and their employees. As NFIB’s endorsed candidate for governor in 2021, he stood squarely with small business owners as the COVID pandemic still damaged Main Street businesses and the Murphy administration’s policies treated small firms unfairly. Four years later, with record state spending, taxes, and regulations crushing free enterprise and communities, it is vital for New Jersey’s economy, job growth, and Main Streets to elect Jack Ciattarelli, a small business champion, as governor.”
>>>>>NFIB NJ also announced a slate of endorsements for the New Jersey Assembly in the November 4th election. Kean stated: “This election is too important for the business community to stay on the sidelines and accept the ruinous status quo and Main-Street-crushing policies coming out of Trenton. New Jersey small businesses are bearing enormous regulatory, tax, and job creation challenges from Trenton, instead of the pro-growth policies they need. NFIB will aggressively support Jack Ciattarelli and these legislative candidates who best represent our members and will fight for the support and growth of New Jersey small businesses.”
“More than ever, New Jersey small businesses need a strong governor and legislative champions in Trenton, who will address the state’s stifling tax and regulatory burdens and enact policies that will invigorate Main Street,” continued Kean. “With NFIB’s 2024-2025 legislative voting record and election endorsements, small business owners, their employees, and all Garden State voters can see which candidates will be a reliable voice for New Jersey’s small businesses and which have turned their back on local job creators. NFIB is making certain this year that voters know who ‘walks the walk’ for small business owners.”

NFIB has also activated its new NFIB Voting Hub, where small business voters can identify, engage, and support pro-small business candidates and policies on the federal and state levels. NFIB is pleased to provide this tool to further empower the Voice of Small Business in New Jersey this year and across the nation.
NFIB New Jersey PAC’s endorsement is important in this campaign. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB will encourage its thousands of business members in New Jersey to help turn out the small-business vote for NFIB New Jersey PAC-endorsed candidates in early voting and on Election Day.
