NFIB thanks Rep. Weber for standing up for Main Street by making the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent.

Rep. Randy Weber (TX-14) participated in a breakfast meeting hosted by the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce and NFIB. There, Rep. Weber discussed several benefits of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and the tax benefits to small business owners. Attendees also received a legislative overview from NFIB State Director Jeff Burdett and NFIB Principal Louis Bertolotti.

NFIB used this opportunity to thank Rep. Weber for voting for this critically important bill that makes the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent.

“We thank Rep. Weber for his efforts on behalf of Main Street Texans,” Bertolotti said. “Making the Small Business Deduction permanent has delivered real certainty to small business owners here in Texas and across the country.”

“By making the 20% Small Business Deduction permanent, Congress has made it easier for Main Street to do what they do best: serve their customers and create good-paying jobs,” Burdett said. “We thank Rep. Weber for standing up for small business owners here in the Lone Star State.”
