On August 5th, NFIB Minnesota held a webinar to discuss the new Minnesota Independent Contractor laws that were passed in 2024 and what they mean for your business.

NFIB State Director Jon Boesche and Martin Kappenman, a labor & employment attorney from Peters and Kappenman and an NFIB member, provided an overview of these laws and help answer any questions you have.
