Tune in to learn more about what happened during the Illinois legislative session
On June 18th, 2025, NFIB Illinois held a free webinar to discuss everything that happened in Springfield during the legislative session.
Illinois State Director Noah Finley gave a thorough update including the following proposals, both ones that passed and ones that didn’t:
- Tax proposals (such as the service tax, the jobs tax, the retail delivery fee, and others)
- Environmental & contracting proposals
- Regulatory proposals (such as the Right to Sit in the Workplace and Workplace Temp Regulations)
