Tell Florida State Senators to Reduce the Business Rent Tax

HB 7031 reduces the state’s sales tax on commercial rents and leases

The Florida House passed House Bill 7031, legislation that reduces the state’s sales tax on commercial rents and leases from a state base rate of 2% to 1.25%.

Now, it’s time to urge the Florida Senate to cut the business rent tax.
