HB 7031 reduces the state’s sales tax on commercial rents and leases
The Florida House passed House Bill 7031, legislation that reduces the state’s sales tax on commercial rents and leases from a state base rate of 2% to 1.25%.
Now, it’s time to urge the Florida Senate to cut the business rent tax.
TAKE ACTION! Contact your State Senator today and ask them to support the reduction of the business rent tax!
