Hugh McKean. “Small businesses lost a great fighter for their cause with the passing of State Rep. Hugh McKean. And Colorado’s entire political community has lost one of its more decent and hard-working public servants. Everyone who dealt with him could not help but come away from the experience thinking what a delight it was. I will miss him dearly.” McKean represented Larimer County in the 51st House District and was the Minority Leader in that chamber. He had scored had a 91% pro-small-business voting record in the last session of the Legislature.
