Indiana Small Business Community Endorses Rudy Yakym

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Oct. 25, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rudy Yakym for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District.

“Rudy Yakym will be a strong small business voice in Congress, and NFIB is proud to support him,” said Natalie Robinson, NFIB Indiana State Director. “His experience in the private sector gives him a strong understanding of the issues that matter most to our members. Rudy Yakym has pledged to do what it takes to advocate for common sense policy that will benefit the small business community. We are confident he will be a strong ally in Congress and look forward to working with him.”

“Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy and it’s critically important that their voice is represented in Washington,” said Rudy Yakym. “I am honored to be endorsed by the NFIB and, if elected, look forward to collaborating with their team to cut red tape, balance the budget, and support pro-business policies in Washington.”

“Rudy Yakym recognizes the issues facing Indiana small businesses, such as high inflation and worker shortages, and will prioritize these issues in Congress,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He will be a reliable pro-small business Member of Congress and we look forward to working with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
