PHOENIX, Oct. 24, 2022—The political action committee for Arizona’s leading small-business association today announced its legislative endorsement for State Senate in Legislative District 12 in backing entrepreneur David Richardson.

“The stark contrast between the two candidates in this race cannot be overstated,” said Chad Heinrich, Arizona state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), speaking for the NFIB AZ PAC, which made the endorsement.

“Mitzi Epstein is running on her dismal 25% small-business voting record in the State House. Representative Epstein was voting against small businesses while small-business owner David Richardson was busy running two enterprises and dealing with the inflation, supply-chain, and job-filling difficulties buffeting every small business in America. David will bring first-hand knowledge to the Senate that his opponent can’t match.”

The 12 Legislative District includes parts of Ahwatukee, Chandler and Tempe.
