NFIB Wisconsin Supports Eric Toney for Attorney General

Small business owners commended Eric Toney’s commitment to meeting the challenges of public safety during a meeting in Green Bay recently held at Burkel’s One Block Over.

NFIB’s State Director Bill G. Smith announced NFIB’s strong support for the election of Eric Toney to the Office of Attorney General.

Smith said, “Toney has the experience as a prosecutor, the recognition and respect from law officials, and he will aggressively address the growing challenge of crime on Main Streets throughout Wisconsin.”

Eric Toney said he was “proud to receive the endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Business.  Small businesses are often the heart and soul of our communities, and I strongly commend all those with the courage, dedication, and commitment to start and run an independent business.  As Attorney General, I will protect our small businesses, not only from the threat of violence, theft, and other crimes, but also from government overreach.  I look forward to working with small businesses across Wisconsin.”
