NFIB State Director Honored as One of Alabama's 'Women of Impact'

NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash has been recognized by Yellowhammer Media as one of Alabama’s “Women of Impact.” Yellowhammer Media, which publishes Yellowhammer News, called the award “a celebration of strong women who shape and propel Alabama.” “This year’s impeccable class of honorees is loaded with respected leaders, advisers and mentors who empower others through the lives they devote and trails they blaze across nonprofit, business and governmental sectors,” the organization said. Elebash, a native of Opp in Covington County, has served as NFIB’s state director for Alabama since January 2003. Prior to joining NFIB, she was state director of law and government affairs for AT&T overseeing legislative and regulatory affairs in both Alabama and Mississippi. She also served as a staff assistant to U.S. Sen. Donald Stewart and was a legislative staff assistant to former Gov. Fob James during his first term. She’s a graduate of Troy University.
