TAKE ACTION: Tax Fairness for Small Business in Pennsylvania

The Commonwealth’s current, burdensome system of taxation is hindering PA’s small businesses. Despite a large economy, Pennsylvania ranks poorly for starting a small business and remaining competitive in the marketplace. NFIB is fighting for multiple tax reforms (including like-kind exchanges and Section 179 expense deductions and a repeal of accelerated sales tax prepayments) and we need your help! Tell your lawmakers to support small business-friendly tax legislation for 2022.
