NFIB members Garry Floeter and Bo and Lisette Carey joined State Director Jim Brown on Capitol Hill today as part of the 2022 NFIB Fly-In. The first in-person fly-in since before the COVID-19 pandemic drew hundreds of small business owners from across the country to learn more about what’s happening in the nation’s capital and speak out about the issues affecting them, their employees, and their families.

The Tennessee delegation met 6th District Congressman John Rose, himself an NFIB member, to discuss tax, overregulation, and other issues important to the state’s small businesses.

The group also met with Congressman Tim Burchett and the staffs of Congressmen Mark Green and Sen. Bill Hagerty.

“These leaders clearly understand what small business means to the state’s economy,” Brown said.
