Amendment 1 would enshrine Tennessee's right-to-work law in the state constitution

Help Us Spread the Word on 'Yes on 1'

This summer, NFIB will continue with its efforts to raise awareness of Amendment 1.

We’re working with Gov. Bill Lee and other leaders on Yes on 1, a campaign to promote the proposed state constitutional amendment on the November ballot.

Tennessee’s right-to-work law has been on the books since the 1940s, but Amendment 1 would add that guarantee to the state constitution. Under the proposed amendment, Tennesseans couldn’t be forced to join a union or pay union dues to get or keep a job.

Click here to let us know the ways you’re willing to help spread the word about why it’s important for Tennesseans to vote “yes” on Amendment 1.
