NFIB recently signed a coalition letter with eight other major state associations critiquing legislation that would enact a “Vermont Clean Heat Standard” (VCHS).

In the letter sent to the chair and members of the Energy and Technology Committee of the Vermont House, lawmakers were urged to address concerns and questions raised during development of the legislation, and key recommendations to improve the final bill were made.
