Deadline for Filing Workers' Comp Form is April 30

If your business doesn’t have workers’ compensation insurance coverage for employees, you still must let the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) know your coverage status by filing the DWC-005 form. This year’s filing period ends on April 30.

To get the form and learn how to submit it to DWC, go to the TDI website.
