WATCH: NFIB State Director Discusses Small Business Challenges

NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash appeared recently on Alabama Public Television’s “Capitol Journal.” She spoke with host Todd Stacy about how small businesses are faring amid the pandemic. “The ones who have made it through so far, they are still struggling, and their biggest struggle, quite frankly, is the worker shortage, and it’s not just for skilled workers but for unskilled workers,” Elebash said. “And then you couple that with the new inflation that they’re dealing with and then supply chain and inventory issues, so they have still have a lot on their shoulders, but they continue to just plow forward like small business owners do.” Her segment begins at about the 17-minute mark.
