A Look Ahead to the 2024 Colorado Legislature

NFIB thanks The Denver Gazette for giving space to small business to share its thoughts on the upcoming 2024 session of the Colorado General Assembly, which begins January 10.   “Many small businesses have still not crawled out from all the pandemic dropped on them. Add to that the ravages of inflation and job openings they cannot fill are exacerbating, and it’s clear this is a terrible time small businesses are going through,” writes NFIB Colorado State Director Tony Gagliardi, in a 1,551-word guest editorial. “The big question is will progressives leave well enough alone or be excessively destructive?”  The editorial covers a variety of issues expected to surface in 2024, possibly including a half-dozen bad ideas imported from California.
