Denver Small Business Owner on NFIB National Podcast

NFIB Colorado member Bonnie Roerig of Denver is the featured guest on Episode 23 of “Small Business Rundown,” NFIB’s national podcast. Roerig, owner of Bonnie Roerig & Associates, a commercial real estate appraisal firm, was interviewed about the effect Proposition HH would have had on small businesses had it passed. “Fundamentally, Proposition HH was a Trojan horse. It has a surface allure of lowering taxes for the next tax year or so, allowing the state to keep more revenue. However, it would have killed the TABOR refund.” Joining Roerig on the podcast were NFIB State Director in Colorado Tony Gagliardi and Vice President for State Government Relations Tim Goodrich. More about Proposition HH and NFIB’s campaign to defeat it can be read here. Click here to listen!
