According to a recent NFIB survey, inflation has surpassed labor quality as the number one problem facing small business owners. Skyrocketing property taxes only exacerbate these challenges. Governor Greg Abbott has called for a second special session with one agenda item: tax relief for all property owners. Legislation being considered would provide lasting tax relief through rate cuts.
