“Right now, Texas small business owners must navigate a patchwork system of regulations. What’s on the books in Houston differs from what’s on the books in Dallas. These discrepancies make it harder for our local job creators to do business in the Lone Star State. Our small business owners face all sorts of economic headwinds. This bill can’t wait until next session. Time is of the essence.
