Minnesota Small Businesses Endorse Tom Emmer for Re-Election to Congress

ST. PAUL, Minn. (Sept. 3, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today endorsed Representative Tom Emmer for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Minnesota’s 6th Congressional District.

“Rep. Tom Emmer is a proven advocate for small business owners in Minnesota,” said John Reynolds, NFIB Minnesota State Director. “Rep. Emmer consistently sides with small business on the issues that matter most to our members, earning him a 100% NFIB voting record for this past term. Rep. Emmer is a cosponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act, critical legislation to make the Small Business Deduction permanent. We are proud to endorse him today.”

“We are pleased to endorse Rep. Tom Emmer today,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “Rep. Emmer has shown that he understands the challenges facing Main Street businesses and will prioritize our job creators in Minnesota and in Washington.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
