TAKE ACTION: Protect Right-to-Work in North Carolina

Tell lawmakers to support a state constitutional amendment making it permanent

Right-to-work gives workers more choices and helps North Carolina compete for jobs. Right-to-work laws protect workers’ freedom to decide whether to join a union while also sending a clear message that North Carolina is open for business.

If approved by the General Assembly, Senate Bill 1082, the North Carolina Right-to-Work Amendment, would give voters the opportunity to permanently establish North Carolina as a right-to-work state by adding the protection to the state Constitution.

The proposed amendment would appear on the November ballot.
