Small business owners can learn more about Tennessee’s refund and penalty-waiver process during a free online webinar hosted by the Tennessee Department of Revenue on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 9 a.m. Central.

The session will cover how to apply for refunds and penalty waivers, what the department looks for when reviewing requests, common filing issues, and key deadlines such as the statute of limitations. This webinar is part of the department’s ongoing series of free educational programs for taxpayers.
