Kellie Loudin is NFIB’s 2025 Small Business Champion for Ohio

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Ohio’s leading small business advocacy organization, has selected Kellie Loudin of Barnesville as its 2025 Small Business Champion for Ohio. NFIB Ohio Assistant State Director Cameron Garczyk presented the award to her today at NFIB’s Ohio Leadership Council meeting.

Kellie Loudin, along with her husband, Sid, are the second-generation business owners of Rumer-Loudin Inc., serving the greater Ohio Valley area with technically superior repair, installation, design/build heating, air conditioning, and ventilating services.

“We’re proud to name Kellie Loudin as our 2025 Small Business Champion, the highest honor NFIB has for our Ohio members that go above and beyond for NFIB and the small business community,” said Garczyk. “Kellie was an essential part of NFIB’s success in getting the 20% Small Business Deduction made permanent and communicated effectively to members of Congress why it was so important to her small business. She is a valuable member of NFIB’s Ohio Leadership Council and a true advocate for small businesses on the state and federal levels. NFIB is proud to honor her today.”

Rumer-Loudin Inc. was founded in 1975 by Kellie’s father and has been providing services to the greater Ohio Valley area ever since. They also install geothermal in residential and commercial properties since 1989, the longest of any HVAC contractors in the Ohio Valley. They have three locations: St. Clairsville, Barnesville, and Moundsville, WV. She joined NFIB’s Leadership Council in 2021.
