NFIB Calls for Pro-Growth Policies During 2026 Legislative Session

January 13, 2026

Lawmakers return to Dover today to begin session

NFIB Delaware State Director Mike O’Halloran encourages state lawmakers to prioritize pro-growth legislation during the 2026 legislative session, which begins today.

“As lawmakers gavel into session today, it’s important that they prioritize legislation that will strengthen the small business economy. Delaware’s small businesses continue to manage several economic challenges, including rising prices and difficulties finding qualified workers for their open positions. Lawmakers must avoid any legislation that will further exacerbate these challenges on Main Street and instead promote policies that will grow Delaware’s economy.”
