NFIB recently hosted a webinar to discuss the 2026 South Dakota Legislative Session

NFIB recently held a virtual 2026 South Dakota Legislative Recap on April 22. The recap included an update from Washington D.C. from NFIB Director of Federal Government Relations Josh McLeod and an advocacy update from NFIB Grassroots Manager Ben Abrahamson.

– Property Tax Relief
– Credit Card Swipe Fees
– Repealing Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting
