Governor DeWine Appoints NFIB’s Jared Weiser to Industrial Commission Nominating Council

Governor DeWine announced the appointment last week

NFIB Ohio State Director Jared Weiser was recently appointed to the Industrial Commission Nominating Council by Governor Mike DeWine. The governor’s office announced the appointment last week.

“I look forward to representing Ohio’s small business community on the Industrial Commission Nominating Council,” said Weiser. “It’s a privilege to be appointed to the Council by Governor DeWine and to bring the small business perspective to the group. The Industrial Commission plays a crucial role in our workers’ compensation system, and I look forward to ensuring the system continues to provide timely, fair, and impartial rulings.”

Governor DeWine also recently appointed Weiser to Ohio Public Benefits Advisory Board.
