Washington, D.C. (Oct. 17, 2018)—NFIB, the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, is endorsing Josh Hawley for the United States Senate.
“Josh Hawley has proven himself to be a strong advocate for small business,” said NFIB’s Missouri State Director Brad Jones. “We are confident that he will be a strong supporter of efforts to rein in burdensome regulations that hinder growth for small businesses and help protect small business tax relief. He has a deep understanding of the challenges our members face daily, and we know he will do an excellent job protecting Missouri’s small business owners. On behalf of our members in Missouri, we are proud to endorse Josh Hawley for election to the U.S. Senate.”
Josh Hawley is currently serving as the Attorney General of the state of Missouri.
“Small businesses are central to our economy, our workers, and communities all across Missouri. For too long, Claire McCaskill has pushed big government, big regulation policies on Main Street and it’s time we put a stop to it. I am grateful for the endorsement of NFIB in our race to take back this Senate seat for the hardworking people of Missouri,” said Hawley.
“Good small business policy starts with electing good small business candidates,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “Josh Hawley is a dedicated ally of small businesses. We believe his background will serve him well in the U.S. Senate and he will be a champion for small businesses in Missouri and across the country. We are glad to endorse Josh Hawley for election to the U.S. Senate.”
NFIB is the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization. Josh Hawley’s endorsement today comes from the NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee. Small business owners vote in high percentages and they are influential in their communities. NFIB members in Missouri will work hard to elect Josh Hawley to the U.S. Senate.
