Reopening Pennsylvania
Gov. Tom Wold announced that on Friday, May 8, 24 counties in the northwest and north-central regions of the state will be in the “yellow” phase of his reopening plan. The decision was based on stabilizing case numbers of COVID-19 and few or no new numbers. Guidance for businesses will be provided.
The 24 counties that will move from red to yellow include Bradford, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, Lycoming, McKean, Mercer, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, Union, Venango, and Warren.
