Representative Aaron Kaufer, PA Economic Recovery Task Force Leader

State Representative Aaron Kaufer represents the 120th Legislative District, which includes Courtdale, Edwardsville, Exeter, Forty Fort, Kingston, Luzerne, Pringle, Swoyersville, West Pittston, West Wyoming and Wyoming boroughs, as well as Exeter, Jackson and Kingston townships in Luzerne County.

The 2019-20 legislative session marks Kaufer’s third term proudly serving the people of the 120th District. During this session, Kaufer was selected to be a member of the House Finance, Gaming Oversight, Health, and Transportation committees.

Throughout his time in office, Kaufer has maintained a 100 percent lifetime NFIB voting record.

Greg Moreland, NFIB State Director for Pennsylvania

Greg possesses a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Penn State University. After his undergraduate degree, Greg enlisted in the United States Army, serving as a Paratrooper and Jumpmaster in some of the Army’s most elite Airborne units. Greg was ultimately retired from the Army after seven years and two combat tours due to injuries sustained in an IED explosion in 2012, in which Greg received the Purple Heart medal. Greg has served in numerous capacities inside the PA Capitol, including being a research analyst on both the House Transportation Committee and House Labor and Industry Committee, Policy Advisor to Speaker of the PA House Mike Turzai, and most recently as Chief of Staff to the late Senator David J. Arnold. Greg is the father of Evelyn Fay, his beautiful daughter.

Kevin Kuhlman, Vice President, Government Relations, NFIB

Kevin Kuhlman leads the NFIB Federal Government Relations team, guiding policy and directing the organizations advocacy efforts.  He and his team work directly with Senators, Representatives, and the Administration to ensure NFIB members’ voices are heard as they craft legislation and policies.  In addition to federal policy, Kevin works closely with the grassroots, research, political, and state government relations teams, addresses federal and state small business events, and serves as a media spokesperson on a number of policy areas.
