The Maryland Health Exchange “Maryland Health Connection” quietly announced that the small business health insurance marketplace wil be delayed until April 1, 2013. Currently, the Maryland Health Exchange is holding open enrollment for individuals, but like the federal healthcare program, the rollout of the state program and website functionally has been problematic.
