NFIB is pleased to welcome Dominic Ciano to the Ohio team. Dominic will be filling the role of member services coordinator, working closely with the grassroots and member benefit programs in the state that include nearly 10,000 members.
Dominic was born in Ravenna, Ohio, and other than his four years of military service, he has been here his whole life. He served as an infantryman in the United States Army. Following his military duty, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
During his time at Ohio State, Dominic had opportunities to intern with Steve Stivers on his campaign for the United States Congress and Frank LaRose in his bid to become Ohio Secretary of State. He was able to turn that work into a position as the Political Director for Congressman Steve Stivers in 2018, helping to mobilize grassroots efforts.
His final position before joining NFIB was with Ohio Auditor Keith Faber, a fellow member of NFIB, where he served as the Southeast Regional Liaison for the Ohio Auditor’s office. In that role, he handled over 700 clients in a fifteen-county area, where he maintained and built relationships with local government officials and members of the community.
Dominic is a big college football fan, loves history and politics, and enjoys the great outdoors, where he likes to backpack and hike as he travels across the country. He lives in Columbus with his dog Mango. He is an important member of the team. He can be reached at 614-221-4107 or his e-mail [email protected].
