The month of October provides you an opportunity to join your fellow NFIB members across the state to learn what you can do to help influence the 2020 election, especially in the two races for the Ohio Supreme Court where the balance of judicial philosophy is at stake.
The collective voice of Ohio’s small business owners will have a lasting impact on Election Day. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear election updates from NFIB staff, Ohio Supreme Court candidates, as well as key NFIB, endorsed candidates for the Ohio Statehouse where 27 of your fellow members serve.
To preserve stability on the Ohio Supreme Court, NFIB supports candidates with:
- Demonstrated judicial leadership;
- A commitment to conservative judicial constraint;
- An understanding of the Court’s role in interpreting Ohio law.
NFIB is Ohio’s leading small business advocacy organization. Endorsements for the 2020 election are made by the NFIB OH PAC, the organization’s political action committee. The NFIB Ohio PAC is funded by NFIB member donations above membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB Ohio PAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation process. Small business owners are influential in their communities and NFIB members in the district will work hard to elect pro-small business candidates to the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate.
