The political action committee of the National Federation of Independent Business/Ohio, the state’s leading small business association representing 25,000 entrepreneurs, is proud to announce its endorsement of Rep. Scott Ryan, who is seeking re-election to Ohio’s 71st House District seat. The district is home to 200 dues paying members of NFIB/Ohio. This endorsement today comes from the NFIB/Ohio SAFE Trust, the organization’s political action committee.
Ryan is a small-business owner and a member of NFIB. He is currently one of the 34 dues paying members of NFIB serving in the Ohio Legislature. As a fellow small-business owner, Rep. Ryan’s shared perspective with Ohio’s entrepreneurs allows him to understand the issues NFIB/Ohio advocates for and against at the Ohio Statehouse. During his time in the Ohio House of Representatives, he has been supportive of cutting taxes and lowering the cost of doing business in Ohio. Those ideas are embraced by the membership as shown by the results of NFIB/Ohio’s surveying of small-business owners throughout the state.
