TN Website Makes It Easier to Register to Vote

Date: July 19, 2021

There are many loud voices out there today, but the one that matters most to help your business survive and thrive is the voice of small business. Your voice is trusted, plays an essential role in your community, and has a big impact on elections, laws, and regulations.

We have seen first-hand what anti-business policies can do to your livelihood. But the only way to make sure we have pro-small business policies is to elect pro-small business candidates.

The Tennessee Secretary of State’s office has made voting easier than ever.

You can register to vote, update your address, or check your registration status with the Secretary of State’s fast, easy and secure online voter registration system, GoVoteTN.gov.

Using a laptop or desktop PC, smartphone, or tablet, any U.S. citizen with a driver’s license or a photo ID issued by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security can register in minutes at GoVoteTN.gov. A paper voter registration application is also available to download at GoVoteTN.gov.

For more information about how to register to vote, go to GoVoteTN.gov or call the Division of Elections at 1-877-850-4959.

Remember, small business is always on the ballot. Look for candidates at every level and ask yourself which ones will hear and amplify your voice as a small business owner. And on Election Day, help the Voice of Small Business be heard.
