Important Update for Rhode Island Business Owners:

Executive Order Regarding Non-Essential Businesses

On March 28 Governor Raimondo issued an emergency executive order calling for non-essential retail businesses to close starting Monday, March 30 through April 13 due to the current COVID-19 crisis.

Certain industries like grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, auto repair shops, and hardware stores are examples of the businesses listed as essential.
