Amplify NFIB’s Efforts to Stop Tax Increases, New Hampshire!

Date: September 27, 2021

U.S. Senators Maggie Hassan and Jeanne Shaheen could be the deciding votes on the $3.5 trillion budget bill that would raise taxes and implement new mandates on small businesses.

NFIB has launched new radio, print, and digital ads in New Hampshire urging Senators Hassan and Shaheen to vote against tax hikes on small businesses.

NFIB needs your help to amplify these efforts! There are several ways that NFIB makes it easy for you to get more involved!

  • Are you willing to share video testimonial of how increased taxes will impact your small business? NFIB is here to assist you.

Proposals in the $3.5 trillion budget bill include a new tax on pass-through businesses, raising the income tax rate on individuals, increasing the corporate tax rate, mandating businesses with six or more employees provide auto-enrollment retirement plans, and mandating paid leave.

If you are willing to share your story on video, you will be joining NFIB members from across the country to include members like Jeanne Bell, owner, Westside Finishing Co. Inc. in Massachusetts. Click here to see what Jeanne shared about the impact of taxes at death.

An optional space is included for you to personalize your message in addition to the message provided by NFIB. Your personalized message can and does have a real impact!
