Michigan Small Business Owner Meets With Vice President Pence on Tax Reform

Michigan business owner Ralph Beebe, President of Highland Engineering located in Howell, MI and his family were special guests at a meeting with Vice President Mike Pence and Michigan Governor Rick Snyder. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss President Trump’s recent tax reform proposal.

 

“I am honored and delighted to be invited as a participant in the important discussion about tax reform and how it can help small business and taxpayers,” said Beebe. “As a member of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and a business owner, I know first-hand how tax policy can impact families and job providers.”

 

Beebe serves on the Michigan Leadership Council for NFIB and has been engaged in small business policy issues at both the state and federal level for many years. His company manufactures troop support equipment and employs more than 70 workers at his Howell plant.

 

“I am also thankful to Congressman Mike Bishop for being a leader in the efforts to move tax reform forward and for providing me the opportunity to attend this important event,” said Beebe.
