NFIB State Director Chris Carlozzi Explains NFIB Challenges
Recently, NFIB State Director Chris Carlozzi spoke with NECN Business about the struggles that small business owners here in Massachusetts face, from supply chain issues to worker shortages to the lasting implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The only way to describe it is a rollercoaster ride. In 2020, small business owners were told that they have to restrict their operations. It’s been a non-stop rollercoaster ride since then. The anxiety over whether they would get PPP loans to whether or not they could open or not – they’ve had to deal with restrictions, guidelines, ad it’s been a nonstop stress for our small business owners across the state,” said Carlozzi.
