This week (3.20.2015) in small business, the U.S. House Ways & Means Committee held a hearing on the federal estate tax, and NFIB strongly supports fully repealing the law. Also in the House, they passed the Congressional Review Act disapproval of the NLRB’s Ambush Election Rule–the Senate passed the same resolution on March 2.
