NFIB works hard to represent our independent business owners who are members. We’re proud to share that hard work was recognized with several awards over the past year.
Our advocacy work was recognized by APCO Worldwide for generating results in its 2019 TradeMarks study as the top-performing association in three out of its 15 categories: Coalition Building; Industry Reputation Steward; and Grassroots. NFIB was the only non-tech or health care group that appeared on the list.
NFIB’s Brand Video received multiple awards:
- 2019 MARCOM Platinum Winner – The highest level awarded from this prestigious, international competition for the marketing and communications field. Out of 6,000+ entries, only 15 percent historically receive the Platinum level award.
- Hermes Creative Awards Gold Winner – This is the first award competition NFIB entered with photography featuring members in their daily work building their businesses. This international award is deliberated by a panel of high-ranking creative judges from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals
- 2019 Eddie Award Finalist – The Folio Magazine: Eddie and Ozzie Awards recognize excellence in editorial and design. NFIB’s Brand Video was a finalist for the Association/Nonprofit video category.
NFIB’s Explainer Video, “How and Why NFIB Endorses Small Business Friendly Candidates,” received the following award:
- AM&P Excel Awards Bronze Winner – The awards recognize excellence and leadership in nonprofit association media, publishing, marketing, and communications.
