CHEYENNE, Wyo., July 27, 2021—From Tony Gagliardi, Wyoming state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the state and nation’s largest and leading small-business association.
“Wyoming’s small-business community lost one of its most dependable allies in Congress with the death of Sen. Mike Enzi. He never forgot that Main Street enterprises are the real engine driving the American economy and was always helpful in promoting legislation beneficial to small businesses and was forever on the watch for measures that would have done harm. He was a consistent winner of NFIB’s Guardian of Small Business award and closed out his career with 100-percent, pro-small-business voting records in the last two sessions of Congress. Small businesses everywhere salute his service to our country.”
