Three members of the state Senate and four members of the state House of Representatives have earned NFIB Guardian of Small Business Awards for their support of small business in the General Assembly.
The Guardian of Small Business Award, which is presented the NFIB Kentucky Leadership Council, is the most prestigious honor that NFIB bestows on members of the General Assembly for their support of small businesses.
“These legislators have proven themselves to be true friends of small business,” NFIB State Director Tom Underwood said. “Each of them has supported efforts to make Kentucky a right-to-work state and opposed bad legislation including a measure to extend the sales tax to services.
On behalf of all of our members throughout the commonwealth, I am proud to present these legislators with the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award.”
