U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren (14th District) took the NFIB Small Business Challenge today at Midwest Groundcovers, an NFIB member business in Maple Park. Hultgren’s job called for him to plant seeds for new plants.
The NFIB Small Business Challenge is a national campaign that invites lawmakers to spend a day “on the job” at a small business in their community and allows them to experience firsthand the challenges small-business owners face, including day-to-day management, compliance, and tax issues.
Privileged to visit Midwest Groundcover yesterday, an impressive local 14th District business. While visiting, I had the great honor of receiving the @NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award for outstanding support of small business owners in the 115th Congress. pic.twitter.com/AaKwJsl0Eg
